  • Can I use MonuVision in a customer’s home?

    Yes. All you need is an internet connection. MonuVision is mobile and goes where you go. You can access your account from home or while on vacation to stay in touch with your office and your customer projects.

  • I have sales agents that sell for me. Can they use this program?

    Yes. This is a great sales tool for employees and selling agents.

  • Can I add my own artwork?

    Yes. It’s easy to add your favorite components to your account profile or we can add them for you for 1.00 each. Contact us for some simple instructions on uploading your own artwork.

  • Is my artwork available to others?

    No. Any artwork that you upload into your account stays in your profile only.

  • Will designs created with MonuVision help my manufacturer?

    Yes. Manufacturers tell us that it is very helpful for them to know what your customer saw, liked and purchased. With a color rendering they will know precisely how to build your memorial and how to lay out your design proof.

  • Will my manufacturer be able to produce what I sell with MonuVision?

    Yes; production ready vector files are available on MonuVision Artwork. Simply email your design to your manufacturer or to your production department and the vectors travel with the email. Note: MonuVision artwork has minimum sizes so you won’t design or sell something that your manufacturer cannot carve and fit onto the memorial.

  • Can I use artwork from my manufacturer?

    Yes. Most manufacturers will provide their customers with digital images of the same artwork that is in their printed materials (design books and brochures). You should ask for PDF, JPEG, GIF or EPS files. These images work with MonuVision but are not production or vector type files.

  • Where can I find additional artwork?

    There are several design service companies that provide brochures and clip art to monument companies. These companies sell artwork that you can then upload into your MonuVision profile. Contact us if you need additional information on these companies or the type of files you should purchase.

  • How do I receive upgrades?

    MonuVision is upgraded daily and since it is web based the upgrades are automatic. Each time you log on and access your account you have the most recent version of MonuVision.

  • How can I add different shapes?

    If you have a favorite shape that is not currently in MonuVision please send it to us. We want to include the items our users prefer.

  • How is the Retail Price calculated?

    You use your wholesale cost from your various suppliers and choose your desired retail margin. You can have different margins on different materials and products.

  • Can I choose different colors?

    Yes. You may select 12 different colors for MonuVision and each color can be priced in 3 different materials or in the same material from 3 different manufacturers.

  • Can I print the color designs?

    Yes. The design prints on your standard office printer and looks great on regular 8.5 x 11in copy paper. You can add or delete your company logo, sizes, prices or purchase order notes on your printed version depending on your needs.

  • Will the design go directly to the plotter and be ready for sandblast?

    No. Your MonuVision rendering is a conceptual design of what the memorial will look like. Your manufacturer will make any minor adjustments needed to insure best quality production. Manufacturers will still prepare and want a signed copy of the memorial layout.

  • How much does MonuVision cost?

    Always an important question; a monthly MonuVision subscription will cost about the same as one quality PhotoShop drawing, or about the same as a nice dinner for two at your favorite restaurant. It’s truly one investment that will pay for itself many times over.

  • Is there a long term contract?

    No. If you feel like MonuVision is not benefiting your business, you can cancel at any time.

  • Can I use TS GOLD in a customer’s home?

    Yes. All you need is an internet connection. TS GOLD is mobile and goes where you go. You can access your account from home or while on vacation to stay in touch with your office and your customer projects.

  • I have sales agents that sell for me. Can they use this program?

    Yes. This is a great sales tool for employees and selling agents. It is generally desirable to purchase separate user subscriptions for off-site sales agents. Feel free to contact TS GOLD for more details.

  • Is artwork that I upload available to others?

    No. Any artwork that you upload into your account stays in your profile only. If you ask us to upload artwork for you, we will do so but it will be available to all TS GOLD customers.

  • Will designs created using the system help TS GOLD in the production of my monument?

    Yes. Even though minor fixes to sizing, spacing, centering, etc. are normally required before production, it is always a help to the art department to know what the family saw and approved.

  • Will TS GOLD be able to produce what I design using the system?

    Yes - if you design a monument on TS GOLD using the components in the stock component sandblast library, TS GOLD will be able to carve it without additional art charges. If you load your own designs into the library, there may be a 1-time charge to convert the design into a sandblast cut file. Note: TS GOLD has built minimum sizes into the component library to prevent the possibility of designing a monument with designs that are too small to carve properly. Further Note: We have a large library of stock laser etching designs that can be used without an art charge. Modified stock or Custom laser etching designs generally require an art charge to be used.

  • Can I load my own sandblast artwork into TS GOLD?

    Yes, definitely. Simply go to Manage Components on the My Account page and follow the prompts. You can also hide any stock components there that you do not wish to show on the Design Tool.

  • How do I receive upgrades?

    TS GOLD is upgraded continuously and since it is web-based, the upgrades are automatic. Each time you log on and access your account, you will have the most recent version. It may be occasionally necessary to go the TOOLS section of your web browser and select the option to CLEAR BROWSING HISTORY. The version number is shown at the bottom of the monument on the Design Tool and if you have any question as to whether you have the most recent version, send an email inquiry to us at: [email protected]

  • How can I add different shapes?

    If you have a favorite shape that is not currently in TS GOLD, please send it to us. We want to include the items our users prefer.

  • How is the Retail Price calculated?

    The Retail Price shown on the Design Tool is a very powerful sales aid. Properly used, it allows the retail dealer to upsell without trying and reduces the tendency to give away extras. The TS GOLD system comes pre-loaded with wholesale pricing from Tecstone. The Trial Version has a pre-loaded cost multiplier over the wholesale price. A full subscription allows you to set your own multiplier for each individual product, if desired.

  • How can I change the default granite color choices on my Design Tool?

    There are about 25 colors pre-loaded into the TS GOLD library. You may select your own favorite 12 different colors from this library to use at any 1 time on the Design Tool. Changing your favorites is very simply done by going to "Manage Material Selections" on your My Account page.

  • Can I print the color renderings?

    Yes. The rendering prints on your standard office printer and looks great on regular 8.5 x 11 copy paper. You can add or delete your company logo, sizes, prices or purchase order notes on your printed version depending on your needs.

  • Will the design go directly to the plotter and be ready for sandblast?

    No. Your TS GOLD rendering is a conceptual design of what the memorial will look like. The production staff at TS GOLD will make any minor adjustments to sizing/spacing/centering, etc. needed to insure best quality production. You will have the opportunity to make any special requests at the time of order submission, otherwise TS GOLD will proceed with production using the best judgement of their experienced staff.

  • How much does TS GOLD cost?

    Always an important question; a monthly TS GOLD subscription will cost about the same as one quality PhotoShop drawing, or a single turned flower vase. It’s truly one investment that will pay for itself many times over.

  • Is there a long term contract?
